2. Counter-Notification (Responding to a DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA complaint, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the removed content: The URL or specific location of the content before it was removed.
  2. Your contact details: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury: That you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area or where APKFYP operates.
  5. Your signature: A physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers Policy

APKFYP reserves the right to terminate user access if they repeatedly infringe copyright laws. We take copyright violations seriously and will take appropriate action as necessary.
